How Atlas handles pilot information

This draft notice explains the information collected by the local pilot build. Replace it with a reviewed legal notice and your business contact details before a public launch.

Information collected

Atlas records information submitted through company claims, buyer enquiries and pilot signup forms. This can include names, work email addresses, organisations, roles, requirements and company numbers.

Why it is used

Pilot information is used to review claims, contact participants, understand supplier-discovery needs and improve the product. It should not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Public company information

Official legal records are retrieved from Companies House. Atlas must keep legal identity separate from unverified claims about capabilities, certifications and operating locations.

Your choices

Pilot users should be able to request correction or deletion of submitted information and object to direct marketing. Add a monitored privacy email address here before deployment.
